Tricky spot. My usual line here is to make it 400 to go, calling a shove by MP, Button or SB but folding to a shove by anybody else. If BB flat calls and you don't hit a set on the flop you need to play carefully postflop. If BB checks a non-set flop I would take a stab at the pot on the flop but give up pretty quickly if they call (and I don't hit a set on the turn).
