    I had gotten moved to the table about 6 hands before this one, this is the first hand that villain played. He should be in shove/fold mode, does his minraise here show strength?

    Generally speaking, a lot of players don't understand the 10x rule. Its not a kept secret by any means but some people just see the blinds and don't really think about their stack.

    This bet does not always mean strength but it depends on villain obviously. I would probably shove over and note him for next time.
