I don't have the scientific know how yet to back this up but it seems like either an autofold or if you are extremely aggressive and can make 2 of the 3 fold maybe a push? He has made a huge raise committing 30% of his stack with really no blinds to steal to speak of. What hands are in his range? If he is laggy I would perhaps push with the thought that the callers fold and I can take down a pot about 150% of what I have to put in, but I am still new at this LOL.

fold, one of the three has you crushed. Large open looks alot like JJ or QQ and if not, who is gonna make a flat call with worse than AJs+

There are tons of players at the $1 level who will make those MP calls with almost any two cards, and I'd expect two of the three to call a push.
