Right Play?

I am playing in a $42k Guarantee which is a $24+2 buy in on Full Tilt.

I am down to around 5000 in chips with the blinds at 200/400 with 50 antes. I am dealt AKos in EP. I raised to about 1200, someone then rr all in to 3500, 2-3 people fold and then someone calls who has me covered, its then folder back to me.

What is the best play????

As played, shove. Your way too shortstacked to consider folding AK.

Shove pre the first time around. IMO its a shove or fold decision when you have a 12bb stack (not just with AK...but with any hand)

We're 27% if they both have a top 5% hand which I think with dead money makes it a call, even if one it top 2 % it only drops to 25%

OTOH if they have 20% and 10%, we're the favorite with 39% equity.

Agree with shoving pre, if we were on the CO or BU vs aggro players I might open instead.
