Default How to play when have 6-15 M

I've realised that I'm quite a weak mid stake player; I don't really know how to play when I've got approximately an M of 6-15. Can any one offer some advice/recommended some books/links? I think I find it difficult to play at these M levels because I have too much to go all-in with, but I would be committing a decent chunk of my stack if I bet my strong hands/do a 2/3 pot c-bet and then have to give up on the hand if I get a caller. To help me in this situation I sometimes raise 1/3 of my stack with the intentions of pushing any flop which seems to be a good move when I have the appropriate stack, especially since most players I play with don't pay all that much attention to their stack size As a side question; is going all-in with approximately 7 M with low pockets a loosing move; the players are reasonably loose and the average at the table is about 3-4 M and there is currently 8 players at the table, so 6-7 players left to act

This is kind of hard to read...its easier to respond when its just not a large block of text. Ill respond to this in terms of BBs because I dont use M that much other then to just know where its at in game.

the 14-20bb stacks are the most trouble some and there will be some gray area here. Raise folding will sometimes be OK and other times just shoving will be fine. I approach the issue based on how the people left to act will respond to either. If I have someone who can 3bet me light is in the BB and I am SB with 66 I will more than likely just shove.

The things that will help you the most are finding out what shoves are unexploitable and from where. Then use this to determine what would be easiest or most profitable to play depending opponent tendencies.
