Was this a bad play? I seem to get trapped a bit by strong hands in this situations.

you get trapped by ppl limping huge hands from the CO? I find that hard to believe- especially in a 2.20. You made the right choice here, as an earlier post said- very standard. If CO had KK, oh well, fire up another, they start every 5 min right?

You could shove a lot worse than ATo. Theres a lot of dead money and open limping the CO is much more likely to be weakness than a trap imo

some people love to limp- and they can be abused. I see people limping all the time from any position in my 45 and 90 man SnGs.
