    shove or fold?

if fold, what would you shove with here, esp considering players chip amounts.

Its very close but I would fold. The problem is the short stacked BB who will be getting great odds to call very wide. With 44 you will very probably be slightly ahead of him, whatever he calls with, but the ICM factor and the slight risk of a bigger pair behind mean its not the best spot.

With the medium stacks calling 10% and the BB calling 60%, Wiz suggests 66+, AT+, A7s+, KJ+, KTs, QJs. That's probably the widest I would shove.

Fully Agree with Duff here. You actually have to be worried about EVERYONE they all have less than 10 BB. Any shove that you do make could get 2 or more callers. Lets say you do get 2 callers and they are calling with 20.1% of their hands - 66+,A2s+,K7s+,Q9s+,JTs,T9s,A6o+,KJo+. If this is the case your're going to be 30% AT BEST!!!

Calling would obviously be a mistake too.

    Fold all day IMO

You'd be surprised how tight you have to be from UTG when the BB is priced in. Of course, if all the other stacks were even I would happily shove away.
