I would bet a bit more on the flop in this hand - at least 150. Otherwise you played it as I would have.

Preflop and flop are both fine, on the turn what is your move if he bets ?

With a high pre flop M is it ok to turn our hand into a bluff and B/f here 1/2 - 2/3 PSB to avoid c/c on the turn and river and to also get those worse hands to fold?

I would bet more on flop.
The rest I would play the same. I would call up to a half-pot bet on turn.

No, I don't think it's ok. It would be a bad bluff because you would hardly ever get better hands to fold. Getting worse hands to fold is also not enough to justify a bet as most of them have very little equity anyway.
P.S. I don't really see how having a high M relates to this question.

i know this is an area in which players disagree, but if we call a turn bet, are we not committed to calling a river bet?

or does our strategy change in light of the smaller stacks for sngs? ie its ok to call the turn then fold the river?

i think i wouldve folded to a strong turn bet here.
