    Default Do you call this shove? $2.25 SnG

    What would you do here? If BB had AQ he'd almost certainly have raised. Fact that he checked he could have just about anything else though, so 2 pair is certainly possible, or a flush/straight draw. If he does have a flush/straight draw, his odds don't support his going all in here, but he probably doesn't know that. You give it up and wait for a better spot or go for it?

    Opp's stats were 29/0/33. I didn't have any notes on him.

    im not a big fan of the preflop play. you have decent position with an above average hand, and if youre going to play it, you should be raising. By flat calling, you put yourself in a situation where BB can have any two cards, and so you effectively rob yourself of information on his hand. BB could easily have 68o/57/79/set/FD, and you cant really know, especially considering that at this level, people will try to shove those kinds of hands on the flop, regardless of odds. the fact that he made a check-reraise only improves his potential hand

    As is, this is an easy fold, id say. youve only committed 140 to the pot, and there are still 7 players left. in the best case scenario, villain has an OESD,

    running it through pokerstove, im getting

    Hand 0: 49.241% 47.54% 01.70% 65416 2344.50 { K any sQs }
    Hand 1: 50.759% 49.06% 01.70% 67505 2344.50 { any suited diamonds, 66, 88, qq+, 57o, 68o, 79o, q6o, q8o+}

    so chances are, especially at this stage in the sng, you dont want to stack off on a coinflip

    Good point on preflop, I should raise here if I'm going to play, particularly if I plan on betting if I hit top pair. Yeah, flipping with 7 players left is probably not a great way to improve my ROI, so folding is good. I think I've sprung a bit of a leak in that sense lately, I've busted out a few times in 7th, 8th, even 9th, or committed too much of my stack early on questionable hands and then had to fold them.

    Agree with Zorkion that if you are going to play this, then you should raise it preflop. You are in OK position and you have an above average hand, why limp rather than raise?

    As played, I agree with your flop bet but once you get shoved over it's time to get outta Dodge. If you are going to play KQs with low blinds then don't go broke on a K or Q high flop without some kind of combo draw.
