Default $5 6-max TT overpair vs. 2 line check

UTG was 35/20 over 35 hands. I wouldn't say he was positionally aware but he hadn't shown down anything ridiculous yet. No stats/reads on SB.

I suppose flop is standard...checking turn is probably weaksauce...

I sort of prefer flatting pre like you, but there's some merit to 3betting

Once you get to the turn I kinda like something ~1/2pot or less to keep SB in with A5/A3/A2/6x/77-88 and give UTG a chance to call down with AK unimproved. Wouldn't hate a big bet either

As played on river your sizing is too small, I like 900-1200. UTG is mostly folding but I'm sure SB is a recreational player who won't fold most pairs to any size (once you check back turn). He's only got 2300 behind so maybe even overbet shove depending on how 'recreational' you think he is

maybe i'm giving a $5 player too much credit but if I'm in UTG's shoes, the overcall on the flop looks pretty scary strong and he might check bigger pairs on the turn. the whole hand felt so retarded.

If they have you beat you're going to end up paying off anyway on the river, may as well put that money in on the turn and get value from worse/not give free cards.

I really don't like flatting with your stacks this deep (90bbs). As played bet turn like fjuanl and dr stated.
