Preflop is fine both times. Because you are both deeper stacked you have better implied odds for set value on the flop so I think calling the extra 150 for the limp/RR is OK.

On the flop, I might peel a card getting 6:1 pot odds and see what he does on the turn. I would check the turn and if he fires again I am out of there unless the turn is a T.

i think this hand is fine. the flop sucks, and usually this gaybet is followed up by another gaybet on the turn and/or river. but maybe tai is right and it's worth calling to see what happens on the turn.

Yeah I can't imagine you're ahead with that flop. Even if he doesn't have a flush draw, he's probably got an ace of some sort or a pair higher than yours. Min-bet might make me think it's the latter. Not even sure it's worth 150 to see the turn. The Td is the only card in the deck you want to see at this point, as the Ts puts four to a flush on the board. On the other hand if he checks behind the turn you might be able to take the pot away from him with a decent river, which would be awesome if he's holding KK.

Actually, is there any merit to check-raising the flop, or is that almost always just spewing?

I'd only do this if I had a read that opp made these donkbets and folded to a raise. If we were going to raise I'd raise to 550. That said, my default is not to raise because if we get called or raised we have to give it up and just burned at least 400 extra chips.
