I getting low on chips and got lucky on turn vs no agrresion so far in hand.

Betting out on the turn is better. 1/3 pot with 5 opponents is too little though. There was no preflop raise and no one liked their hand enough to bet the flop, so it doesn't really make sense that someone would bet the turn for you.

If they are slowplaying a monster like AQ/99 then betting out is just a good if not better. If they're on a draw you prevent a free card as well.

I like betting turn better than c/r because people generally play passively in multiway pots, especially after no one seems to have a hand strong enough to bet the flop.

Bet less on the 8 river to make sure you get value from 2pair. On a blank river I like your bet though

Thank you all for your advice in helping me try to find the best decision to this problem as you can see it is a complicated maneuver to get the most from this hand with such a scary board.
