    villain was playing nearly every hand. thing was, on the flop he tended to be passive, so i think he has sth, but what?

    i think checking the river was a mistake in retrospect. the q slowed me down but if my read is true would he be calling 2 streets? as played what do i do now?

    This seems OK, now call the river getting 3.4 to 1 odds. Against a passive player you will get a check/check on the river pretty often. The other option would be to block bet the river for 200 or so but if he raises you will have to let it go.

    Yeah I'd check the river here too and sigh/call the value bet. You're beat most of the time but you only have to win 22% of the time for the call to be good with those pot odds.
