mtt stats tool with comparison

Hi FTR MTTers, We are looking for some feedback about one of our new tools that is in its beta stage.

Poker Stats DB

Basically, this tool supports Full Tilt and Stars tournament hand histories, and will spit you out a lot of stats. For an example of the stats it shows, please see - Poker Stats DB Archive

On top of seeing your personal stats, you can also use the tool to compare your stats to pros. Right now, it uses some stats on Gus Hansen and you can compare your tournament with his. Eventually, the idea is to get more pros listed here where you can compare your tournament to theirs.

You can also use it as our "trimmer" which converts every hand of the tournament. For example, see Poker Stats DB Detail

We eventually want to also be able to have this tool working for cash game sessions as well.

Can you list some reasons why it makes sense to use it when you have a HUD?

The tool does show similar stats to a hud but is different. A hud is very beneficial for in game display of stats, but this tool isn't for in game stats. It's to analyze your tournaments after they are finished, with a wide variety of statistics, and search for potential leaks in your game (some of which the tool even recommends). You can also compare how you played a tournament vs how a pro would play. Huds also aren't free (afaik) and this tool is.

This is taking nothing away from huds, which any successful player should use. They are related as far as showing stats, but can both be beneficial.
