Default Deep in $20cubed, get c/r on dry flop

Just got down to 27 and villain is new. I did have stats on him tho; at the time around 35/26 thru 35 hands with a 27% 3bet. Obviously really small sample, but it might be fair to assume he's more aggro than nitty.

I'm never folding, but what is better:
    a) min3bet, hope he spazzes out
    b) call, get it in on any turn card

I lean to a) because based on this sizing I'm worried he might b/f the turn for half pot rather than jam it with everything we beat. But I think it's close, I like the added option b) has that he could give up on flop then decide to be a turn 'scare' card.

    A) seems better for sure if you had raised pre, but since we called he's probably putting us on a PP/8x and for sure once we call flop he will.

After his raise on the flop, it seems reasonable to think that he's always betting the turn, so I would probably just call and let him bluff the turn. Small 3 betting seems like letting him get away too easily, although the thought of him jamming because he likes his overs a lot is kinda appealing.
