Poker Office for SnG's?

    Default Poker Office for SnG's?

I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get it? I only play SnG's/MTT's, but every screenshot I've see has appeared to be from a cash game.

I'm not too interested in the multi-tabling aspects of it, mainly just a stats display/odds calulator to use on the fly. Any advice on it would be appreciated.

Edit: Just occured to me this subject may be elsewhere. If it is, sorry about that.

Have never used it. At first glance it's significantly more expensive than HEM or Pokertracker. Also there is this thread but it's fairly worthless looking. http://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerfo...ce-171693.html

I would say why not use holdem manager since it's cheaper and tracks sngs/tourneys well.

Ah yea, I forgot to look at those. I've seen Office and HEM names thrown around, forgot to check out HEM.

I'm really looking for a solid SnG tracker, so that sounds like the option to go with based on cost/ability to track the SnG's.

    Thanks

Edit: Thanks for the link too, I'll check it out later tonight.

idk.. I wouldn't bother with it but 'it depends'. I think the best part about it to discover who the regs. are but you can do the same thing with something like Topshark (yes.... totally different stat. tracking obv... just sayin'.. I find it more useful while playing SNG-MTT then something like HEM or PT3).

    Bump time yaaaaaay!

I'm looking at SNGWIZ trial offer, and I just want to make sure if I can use it while I have Pokerstars client running? Or do I need to close out of the Stars client to use SNGWIZ?

    Thanks for any help.

No, it's against stars TOS and you will get a pop-up in sngwiz saying "all useful features are disabled while Pstars client is running." Don't do this with sitngo powertools either because stars emails you . . I did this on accident and they were lenient about it.

Thank you for the quick reply. So I can just store my HH's in a folder and then close out Stars at the end of a shift and load up the sngwiz? Seems the easiest way to just have the 'wiz completely closed out during Stars sessions.

    Thanks again.
