I'd usually just get this in preflop. You're doing really well vs a range like QQ+ AK. There's 8 combos of AK that you get very little money from post flop most of the time by flatting but have awesome equity vs getting it in pre. 8 combos out of the 21 that make up his preflop range (6 of QQ, 8 of AK, 1 of KK and 6 of AA) is a significant amount to want to play perfectly against when there's no penalty vs the rest of his range by playing this way.
On the flop you wanna be raising trying to get it in here. He's unlikely to spazz like AK (no club) at you on the turn and if he has QQ+ AK your equity on the flop looks like this.
Board: Tc 2c 5c
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 59.455% 57.33% 02.12% 8514 315.00 { KcKh }
Hand 1: 40.545% 38.42% 02.12% 5706 315.00 { QQ+, AcKd, AcKs }
Then there's all the dead money you pick up by making him fold AK no club ( a hand that he wont bluff much with anyway) If he ever has JJ or AQ or some bs your equity and EV for getting it in are obv even better.
On the turn it's obv going to be a call. Stop being results oreintated because he had AA and you bricked the river.
Your equity on the turn is likely something like this.
Board: Tc 2c 5c 4s
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 57.652% 55.00% 02.65% 363 17.50 { KcKh }
Hand 1: 42.348% 39.70% 02.65% 262 17.50 { QQ+, AcKd, AcKs }
