Default New to Grinding: Turbo, Reg speed, or both???

I have been playing mainly turbos, but used to play regular speed. I play a lot of MTTs as well, but 95% 10+ minute blind levels. I feel good in my post flop play, so am wondering if, as a relatively inexperienced player (<600 SnGs) I should stick to one format only, or do, say, sets of reg speed and sets of turbos? Not mixing them up in sets, always sticking to one format every session. I have been running bad in the turbos, and dont know whether or not to stick it out - I like em and am getting better, but see below.

I recently moved down from 6.50 to 3.40. My BR is still ok for the higher buy ins, but I am down 50 buy ins over 300 games, and think a move down may be a confidence builder, as well as BR healthy (BR good enough or not, 50 buy ins hurt).

It really doesn't matter. You tend to spend more time at the lower levels in normals, which means there is a long time for the donks to make retarded moves and bust out. So ROIs are normally higher. Since my push/fold is better than my post-flop play, I tend to play turbos and almost always have. Personal pref tho.
