Default Any1 played some1 like this?

    Hey,

Got down to heads up with some1 the other day and he obviously had half a strategy...

He would raise my BB everytime from the button. No problem with that strategy although I
    wouldnt raise everytime..

Anyway he wouldnt defend his blind AT ALL. I even worked out I could just min raise and he would fold unless he had something.

So what do u do? Raise his BB until he 3-bets, 3-bet him with anything maybe 1 hand in 4 or possibly more as his range is massive and obviously play the good hands.

Easiest heads up - could have played him without cards. Any1 played any1 similar?

In SB: Min-raising ATC or close to it seems good, at least until he adjusts. You can try to mix in some limps too, if he seems passive in the BB.

In BB: If he min-raises you every time then your situation is identical to when it's folded to you in the SB in 3+ handed table. Only difference is that there's no ICM factor. If he raises more than the minimum, then, obviously, you need to play a bit less liberally.

No. If you decide that, for example, 25% is the right 3-betting frequence, then you need to 3-bet whenever you get a hand that's in the top 25%. The exact sequence of cards is irrelevant.

There are people whose default strategy is to open every time, but when I adjust they usually re-adjust.
I also remember when Isildur1 played durrrr and Patrik Antonius, they had an agreement to open every time. It created some record-breaking pots and lots of publicity for FT.

depending on how you define "something" when he's the BB it seems pretty standard/good. You don't know he was playing 100% of hands OTB just because he raised 100% in the X hands you saw, same for his blind defense. Random cards turn out to have funny patterns more than you'd think.

You should 3 bet more based on the playability of the hand/stack sizes than some factor you've come up with based on 20 hands.
