Default AQo on FT bubble to UTG raise

This is the FT bubble of a $12/180. UTG's stats over about 35 hands were 20/17 and he/she had been playing pretty solid big stack poker (ie. stealing a lot). I'm about 4th in chips and the short stack is very short with about 1x BB.

This hand has far too much equity to fold, right? What range do you shove over here?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 12 Tournament, 1500/3000 Blinds 300 Ante (4 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button (t28429)
    SB (t28510)
    Hero (BB) (t28654)
    UTG (t58809)

    Hero's M: 5.03

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, Q
UTG bets t6000, 2 folds, Hero raises to t28354 (All-In)

Stack sizes look to be messed up.

For reference since I had to look

    30%, 20, 11.9, 8, 6.5% is payout for top 5 in a 180 man.

utg will be getting 1.7:1 on a call so I doubt you have too much fold equity but you may have some. That said his range is at least any ace, most suited kings, all pairs, and some suited connectors. Does the fact that he made it 6000 vs shoving for an effective 9 big blinds mean anything? Has he shown down a raise like this or been doing it often or just flat out shoving?

For the stack sizes given I'd shove something like 77, ATs, AJo, and KQs.

Doesn't the fact that he puts in a minraise opposed to shoving it tell you that he wants you in the pot with him?

His M is only 11 after all.

Notice that your first in vigorish is gone and that AQ is pretty easily dominated by any made pair or by a king that hits.

Agree that I may have limited fold equity here but how is AQ dominated by K-anything other than AK or any made pair other than QQ+?

I'd agonize over A9/KQ/22 types assuming this is his standard raise, would snap jam here because he's never folding Ax or Kx
