Default How light can you call a tilting player on the bubble?

I was playing a 6-max $11 SNG on FT and this happened

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 11 Tournament, 60/120 Blinds (3 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    SB (t4185)
    Hero (BB) (t1660)
    Button (t3155)
    Hero's M: 9.22
Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 3
Button calls t120, SB calls t60, Hero checks
    Flop: (t360) 8, 4, 3 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, Button bets t240, 1 fold, Hero raises to t540, Button raises to t3035 (All-In), Hero calls t1000 (All-In)
    Turn: (t3440) 9 (2 players, 2 all-in)
    River: (t3440) 6 (2 players, 2 all-in)
    Total pot: t3440

Villain had AA and steamed in the chatbox

Then everyone folded preflop the next hand and there was no action. Then this happened. Is the preflop raise ok here? When he shoves over, it's an auto call right. Villain's stats are 52/5 over 65 hands.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 11 Tournament, 60/120 Blinds (3 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    BB (t4065)
    Hero (Button) (t3380)
    SB (t1555)
    Hero's M: 18.78
Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, A
    Hero bets t360, SB raises to t1555 (All-In), 1 fold, Hero ????

The correct bubble play in short-handed tournaments varies according to the prize structure. In some places they pay out 60-40, making the play close to DONs. Others pay out 75-25 or even 80-20, then you can be much more reckless. What is it at FT?

Yeah, Full Tilt, it's $39 and $21 for 1st and second. 65/35 split

    What's "DONs"

    Hand 1: your going broke.
hand 2: what has he been like near bubble? is he's one of those donks that still flats raises with10-12 BB's? 52/5 he's probably raising most things your dominated by.

DONS=double or nothing sngs on stars

You men HE'S going broke in hand 1, right? I only put that hand up there to show what happened to the villain on the previous hand. (Actually there was one hand in between but the villain got a walk in the BB).

We hadn't been three handed very long. And he had a healthy stack throughout, so not much info on his 10-12BB play. So not too much to tell there. But yeah, he was flatting raises from OOP alot through the whole game.

Normally, I agree with you, based on his stats, I'm dominated alot. But based on the previous hand, and his rage in the chatbox (don't think I mentioned that in my first post), I felt that he was going to be pushing almost any two in an attempt to double up again.

Edit: I just realized that the results for hand one didn't show up. Sorry, I don't post alot of these and I'm still getting the hang of it. He had AA. Shame on him for limping right? He deserved whatever happened, I think.

    fold it mate.

think u wouldve helped yourself by raisng less too, 2.5bb ok, maybe even min raise.

get hold of SNGwiz if you havent got it. gives you the answer to this kind of conundrum in quick time.
yeah, think his shoving range would have to be high for this to be a call.

SNG Wiz won't help you with these sorts of calling a shove situations.

Try the analysis in this post - ICM calcs: Calling AI after Raising/Pushing Over Raise - Poker Forums. I can help you with the calcs once you've had a shot.
