    Default A8s ep

I think i played this hand pretty bad normally i would fold pre flop. On the flop i called his re raise figuring i would stack him if a diamond hit. When the 8 fell i thought any 8 or ace would be good as well so i pushed.

Tried to convert your hand (like I did for the other one) but it didn't work for some reason, don't know why.

Firstly, I would fold A8s from early position. Happy to limp along with this hand if you are in the CO or button and there are limpers in front, but from MP1 I'm out of there preflop.

On the flop, with that many players in the hand, I wouldn't bet. Check behind and see if you can hit your draw for free. Once you get raised, either fold or shove over, I strongly lean towards folding.

On the turn, I would check/fold. What hand do you think he has and why do you think third pair is good against him? When you have a big stack and playing against another player with a similar stack, you need to be very careful indeed and think about what range of hands they might have considering the action that has gone on previously.
