Default I suck at playing from the blinds....

I really hate playing OOP. I'm just so terrible playing from the blinds. It's really a part of my game that needs a mega-shit ton of work.

Villain is tight overall, but appears to have a leak of calling too much in the blinds. I think I attempted a blind steal from the SB an orbit or two before and check-folded on a bad flop. I hate these spots because when I c-bet noone ever seems to believe I have anything. Given the stack sizes and his previous history of betting when checked to, I decided I was going to go for a check-raise AI. I chickened out when he pumped in pot and I realised I had little FE (I expected a bet of 1/2 - 2/3 pot).

I'm just trying to suck less in spots like this. How do I play this hand better?

I've kinda experimented with making it like 230 preflop here, with these ~20 BB stacks. would of been easier to c/r flop when he pots 460 and would preserve FE. IDK might be terrible but has been working ok.

I would have made it 250 preflop then c-bet the flop for 300-350 - if he raises then I get the hell outta there.

How do we deal with players that float our c-bets often? Do we just check-fold a blank turn?

If our pre flop raise gets called and our c-bet gets called and we still have nothing but air, what else can you do. We are just spewing if we don't c/f a blank turn right? If they continue calling our c-bet we should come out pretty good when we hit our flop.

I agree with making it a little less pre. Regarding what to do to someone who floats often, barrel more especially if you pick up any sort of equity on the turn and dependent on the texture.

I like your idea to c/ship this flop and vs a bad player who is in love with the pot button it might still be a good idea, otherwise I do agree his sizing is super scary.
