Default Sunday Million bust out hand

An online friend of mine went out rather tough fashion. I like his play and read, except I think the rather small 3 bet is weak and he might be getting 4 bet a lot.

I don't like the decision to 3bet with this hand. 3bet the best hands you would normally fold like Q8s A3s etc. He's also pretty shallow to 3bet light which is not the best because it gives villain a great spot to 4bet bluff cheaply and you won't have as much fold equity postflop.

Once you get to the turn I think its a reasonable shove. With some reads I could see c/f'ing the flop being better than cbetting

No way dude, that's how the pros do it. I saw it on TV. See how well it worked for Mr. Cheong? :P

    WTF

The hand is total spew. It's a definate fold pre. If he was trying to defend his blind I could see the c/f flop but I'd try to pick a better hand to d-fend it with, especially with an M of 18+.
Looks like I need to play the Sunday mill instead of the 1/4 mill.

... This hand is actually played pretty well played I don't understand all the negative comments.

Some reads would be helpful. Villain's stats would be great, in particular his fold to 3bet %. If hero does not know this with any certainty, then Jesus just fold, or at the very least shut down after villain calls the flop bet. What's hero's image at the table? Has he been caught pulling off a big bluff on his blind already?

I think m2m said it best already.
