4x your entire range pre. you've got over 100bb so building pots is crucial. plus people at microstakes don't care, they will call

I think I'd just call the flop lead and see what develops, it's hard to imagine 4 other hands being in where one doesn't have you in terrible shape. If everyone else flats/folds and you catch a brick you might get busy on the turn. If you are raising flop I'd just make it enough that you can commit on the turn.

not posting results is great practice for not tilting.

the turn is a lame spot since you'd think people would not slow play anything but straights with spade draws on this board. But you'd also think people would not cold call raises much with draws with people still behind so throw all that out and assume you're drawing at best to the board pairing the right card.

I don't think its a clear cut c/f turn considering how wide their ranges could be. There's a lot of combos of T7-T9, QT-AT, 96, 86, 76 and flush draws. I kinda expect CO, BTN and SB to be flatting with all those hands, including any hand with 2 spades in it.

If there were 2 callers I keep firing on that turn, but now I lean towards checking to see what happens...folding to big bets or if anyone raises

You guys like this line if he had JJ instead?
