Best use of FPPS?

Hi guys,

Been awhile since I've lurked and wanted to say hi. Also wanted to ask what the best use of my fpps are? I'm a goldstar, can never make platinum due to time/limit constraints, and have like 5k of them. I used to play the 285 fpp sats to the 1/4 million that paid top 2 and third got their fpp back but they are now 235 fpp and only pay the top two. I'm not sure if these are still as good. I also kinda looked over the 2500 fpp sat to the sunday million that pays a ticket for every 13500 in the prize pool. What do you guys think of these and how soft are they?

Basically, what is the best way to convert these to $t and ultimately cash? Thanks.

Btw sorry if this is the wrong forum but I don't see a more appropriate place for this and the only people I know are in here for the most part.

Edit: Btw I've used the search function and read all the threads on rakeback and I can't find something more current and updated for my situation.

215 / 13500fpp = .016 per fpp (assuming you have a 0% roi) is a pretty great deal considering the best bonus (for 250.000 fpp) is at the same rate.

Not really sure about the other ones (how many players?) but they are quite a bit worse and if you factor in the playing time and how little the effective buyin is they are meh.

The other ones are hyper-turbos so they take like 5 mins a piece. I'm just wondering how soft the 2500 fpp buyins are and if anyone plays them really?

Or of course, if there is a better use of my fpp's at goldstar.

if you win a ticket can you convert to $T? IIRC they just give you the ticket back if you unreg.

I emailed them specifically about this tournament to ask if I can unregister for $t and they said I could. Does that make them worth playing drmcboy?

Sorry I misused the word "ticket" in my original post instead of "entry" which is why I emailed them about a week ago to confirm what they meant.

as dn said the value on the tickets can't be beat, I would spend your poker study time thinking about something else. Convert the FPP cost to a $$ amount and if it fits your roll and you want to play, go for it.

For me ICM bores me so I avoid sats.

Yeah I guess I'll take a crack at those or stay with the hyper-turbos. What I am really looking for is an idea on what to use my fpp's for as a goldstar that I may not be aware of. I've offered two ideas but haven't really heard any suggestions. Surely there are others in the same boat that don't know what to spend FPPs on? Regardless, thanks for the responses so far.

I haven't really looked into purchasing tickets to events yet either I guess.
