Default Moving from Bodog to Pokerstars

Hey all, this is my first post. I have been a reg at the $3.30 sng at Bodog for the last month and half. I started playing poker over the summer and put $30 on both pokerstars and full tilt, and lost it all playing ring games. After reading Moshman's book, I put $50 into Bodog over the summer, but only recently started putting in a higher volume as part of Bodog's Another Day Another Dollar promotion and have turned that $50 into $480 with another $100 coming once the promotion ends.

I want to move from Bodog to play $6.50 after the promotion ends because Bodog's traffic on sngs above $3.30 is pretty pathetic. However, I want to take advantage of bonuses. I downloaded Cake and UBs software, and there traffic seems pretty abismal too. I missed out on FT and PS first-time bonuses (i was a newb to online poker last summer), but PS has a reload bonus offer (25% up to $150) ending March 20th. I don't think I can clear it within a month based upon how much volume I can put in, but I like playing with bonus on the line because it forces me to play each day. So I was wondering what people thought about the differences between competition between $3.30 and $6.50 sngs and between Bodog and Pokerstars at those levels.

To provide some info on my ability, Sharkscope says I have an 18% roi over my last 660 games. I started keeping a spreadsheet recently so over my last 400 games i have an roi a little over 20%, and I place in the money about 40% of the time. I hear 1000 games is the most accurate, but the Pokerstars promotion ends soon so I want to take advantage of it. I was also thinking of playing 6-max at $6.50 rather than 9-max.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to FTR, it's good to have you here.

I haven't played on Bodog or at $6.50 SNGs for a long time, so somebody else will have to comment on that specific aspect of your question. However, I wouldn't imagine that the $6.50 players on PS would be any better or worse than on any other side, so if you have a good ROI on Bodog I wouldn't imagine that it would suddenly turn negative just because you changed site.

Also, regarding the PS reload, it releases $10 at a time so you don't necessarily have to clear the whole $150 during the 30 day period.
