Wiz suggests that this is a clear fold - the critical factor here is that BB is going to call very wide indeed given the pot odds.

That said, I think you'll have to call the next hand when somebody shoves, which is not a factor that Wiz takes into account, so shoving probably isn't as bad as Wiz suggests.

The real question is whether you missed any shove spots prior to this so your stack got so desperately short...
