There aren't any combos that beat us right now, but he very well could be on a FD or have AA, KK so you def don't want to give him a free card. For that matter and with his stats he could be playing any other overpair TT, JJ.
Any reasonable bet (1/2psb+) that you make is going to commit him so I'd bet about 7k and be real happy to call any shoves.
