Did I play the hand well or too passively? Is it weak Not to c-bet flop after I 3bet in the blinds on a totally missed flop like this low-board vs one opponent?..

Depends on opponent's range and tendencies. For example if it had been the original raiser who flatted your 3-bet, then I wouldn't hate your line. He might easily find that his middle pair or overcards are too strong to fold to a standard c-bet and turn and river cards don't make his situation any worse either.

Here, however, you are up against a 39/1 clown, who, living up to his standards, first open-limps, then smooth-calls a 3-bet. His range is not strong at all, consisting mostly of small pairs, Ax and random sooted crap.

As for his other tendencies, his AF is 1.2, indicating that he's probably not a complete call-tard post-flop. He is probably capable of folding a big part of his range here, which is good, because part of it is ahead of you, and the other part has at least some equity + chance to bluff you out.

So I think a c-bet is in order. And considering that there's 770 in the pot and 930 remaining in the effective stack, I think it should be all-in, giving us the best chance to get a fold.

I'd raise either a little less preflop (say 240) so you are less committed on the flop, or a little more so that you can shove the flop for about a PSB. Probably lean towards making it 400-450 to go so you can shove the flop if called.

As played, I agree with Fielmann, I'd just shove the flop once you're in this spot.
