Default Full Tilt Poker to Host Double Guarantees Week

For one full week, (March 28th to April 3rd) Full Tilt Poker will be hosting a Double Guarantees Week. EVERY tournament will have double guarantees and be converted to multi-entry tournaments. Big Money Sunday will feature TRIPLE guarantees.

Anyone planning on making a run at a piece of the $750,000 Guarantee's huge $2.25 million prize pool?

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

I doubt I will play anything that week except really small stuff. Multi-entry MTT's are absolutely terrible in the long run. Field sizes increase and become infested with winning players, which sucks for everyone except the top MTT'ers.

Tougher fields lower your ROI = variance
Double field sizes = more variance
FTP awful late game structure = more variance!

So what do you recomend? Pokerstars has s great variety of low stakes MTTs but the field is huge. Party has fewer people but not so many 1-2$ MTTs. How can someone who loves MTTs built a bankroll WITH MTTs?

MTT's don't seem like the best way to build the bankroll in the first place? I like MTT's a lot, being able to get in a groove (so to speak) and play over a longer time catches my attention more than a few SnG's do, but playing in them without the sufficient 'roll seems to be more risk than reward.

But I won't be playing in the double (or triple) gauranteed MTTs because I really dislike ME tournies. Mainly for the list that fjuanl put together, but also if I go out at one of my tables early, I seem to flick an imaginary aggression switch and burn the rest of my tables in a short time.

Stars has capped tournies, so I would look for those. Also 180-man sngs are basically MTTs.

Yeah I thought so. The 2.2$ 180 men is a good idea and many bad players.

some of the ME MTTs seem to get pretty weak. I'm thinking stuff like PLO-8 rush rebuy, etc. Well, that's how it felt today anyway.
