    Default Stars $5 and $10 Fifty50 turbo's?

I started playing a few of the $5.24's last night and they were unbelievably soft, so I took a shot at a few of the $10.48's and they are either really soft as well or I am running insanely hot. Are these considered weak or is it just me? I only had a $100 on Stars for a few Tournaments that was left over from some transfers in the past and I have already almost doubled it in about 14 of these. Even after getting AA cracked for my stack twice late in the game.

welcome to donkaments, we've been expecting you

jokes aside, you're for sure better than the pool plus maybe the format is scaring regs away until they have time to update SNGwiz and run 78,999 hands through

I've played a few of these and yes, I can confirm that the play is incredibly bad.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

Yea, it seems they are very tight and around 7 players or the bubble they are even more so, and seem to be oblivious to the cash value of a steal when blinds are $150/$300 with antes.

Initially the payout was set at 20/20/20/20/20 but 60/10/10/10/10 works better apparently and has changed. I don't see why the correct EV can't be worked out as the chips have a very distinct value and the payout distribution is fixed. Maybe I'm missing something?

The biggest reason regs don't play these is that shovelling charts are hard to make owing to the effect of antes that kick in very quickly. Working in M in WIZ is better for these, but it still creates inconsistencies that are difficult to work around.

I played around 50 of these games and didn't really have much success. I might be playing an incorrect strategy or maybe I just hit some bad luck ... who knows. I gave up on them for a bit, but I might give them a whirl again.

You're only missing that I was being 'funny' again, I don't even have SNGWiz or any of it's ilk on my PC anymore.

mostly I was messing with Jyms for being surprised he's better than $5 SNG players.

Par for the course when a new format comes in - initially they're incredibly soft, then the regs come in once they've worked out the ICM and the games become tougher.

    Be posting here already..... http://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerfo...ad-186080.html

I've got plenty to talk about on these but no-one seems too interested

Surprising as they are soft and that (I think) in excess of 10% ROI is achievable.

EDIT: I only play the turbo's Jyms
