    Decent villain wouldn't raise river for value unless he has a flush or AQ.

    Fold pre, this is absolutely standard - and even more standard when both blinds are short.
    Flop is fine, bigger is ok too. Bet bigger on the turn, most of his range is flush draws - charge them. River you can check-fold or block smaller.

    As played the river spot is pretty gross - $3.50 to call into $16... but you're pretty much only calling to a split and you're behind loads. Fold, but pretty hard to find that button in this spot.

    As played fold, and river bet is pretty thin. If you think he won't turn a hand into a bluff or won't call two pair, just c/f.
