villain is 9-7 over couple of hundred hands, high c-bet, 80% fold to 3b, 3% 3b. Shuts down on later streets postflop without the nuts. He thinks I'm taggish reg i guess. Donk turn right? about $4?

pretty much this. You have him coolered as he has no bluffs, this is the last type of player you want to flat AA with pre, so 4-bet. Missed our chance to get stacks in pre and you'll be lucky to get another street of value out of him, donking turn seems ridiculous.

i doubt this guy folds anything he 3bets vs your UTG range. or that he would be a good enough handreader/aware enough of his own image to realise you never ever ever (i assume) 4b bluff him in this spot. so just 4bet/call it off pre and cooler his KK imo

donking the turn, if you are going to do it with on $4 seems terrible. The play looks so weird that AK/ maybe AQ might call a street (in which case $4 is not enough), and it will definitely fold out a ton of hands that might bet a street.

Now that we're on this turn, I guess c/c and then see what the river brings. He has 0 spade draws in his range so you are hoping for him to catch up/think his QQ/KK are good.

With his stats it seems crazy not to 4bet pre

interesting feedback - cheers. I'll post my reasoning for preflop and donk turn = I'm obviously questioning my reasoning now though.

preflop
1 - pretty sure villain is playing from a chart
2 - chart will say 3b AK, villain won't know why, but will often fold AK vs an ep 4b
3 - KK ain't folding pre, nor is AA. KK isn't folding postflop either, unless the board comes Axx - which isn't that common cos i hold two aces
4 - villain is c-betting 100% when checked to on any flop

c-c flop, donk turn ideas

1 - he folds KK vs a c-raise, probably continues with AK? not sure
2 - villain doesn't have the nuts, cos i do = reads say he shuts down on the turn
3 - betting turn small may get him to put me on flush draws and small pairs and AQ, which he raises with AK and maybe even KK. If i size it small enough i doubt he can fold anything, ever.
4 - If he just calls a $4 bet on the turn it means a pot of about $19 with about $16 behind on the river, which isn't a bad spot to be in.

Villain has more combos of KK/QQ pre than AK and that disparity becomes wider after the flop.

If I'm donking the turn any amount it's like 1.50 but it's still pretty retarded. Might be best way to maximize v this super nit though.

Should really really be 4betting this nit pre. We lose so much value not 4betting this when his 3bet range is super strong and so much of it is getting it in and we can cooler him.
