Default 78s picks up equity on the turn 50nl

I guess most of this is pretty bad but I'm trying to think more creatively.

Villain is is 38/7. When he min donks the flop my plan becomes to raise him on the turn thinking he's folding Qx, weak Ax and maybe like 77,88. His turn bet was bigger than expected but we've picked up some equity so I stuck with the plan. Maybe flat instead??? Obv not folding to his min reraise right?

River completes the flush and I'm not really concerned about a better flush, esp when he checks, so now it's a matter of sizing.

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8 7
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BTN folds, SB calls $1.25, BB folds

    Flop: ($3.50) 2 Q A (2 players)
SB bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

    Turn: ($4.50) 3 (2 players)
SB bets $2.50, Hero raises to $7.50, SB raises to $12.50, Hero calls $5

    River: ($29.50) 6 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero???

just raise the flop & barrel heart turns else give up. as played defo don't raise turn after fish minbets then starts betting bigger, you haz little FE. What's the question on the river? fish has less than pawt left, wat else is there to do but shove now that your questionable play was bailed out by the BDF?

Sizing? He's got half pot left?

I don't think we have odds to call the turn.

Sorry, sizing was a stupid question.

@P4s, I ran it through stove and were basically 20% against anything that isn't drawing, which I think is a good assumption. So yeah, I guess it's really not a great call.

    @d0zer, the little girls understand.

With only a backdoor flush draw I'd just raise the flop/bet turn or fold.

Ship river as he has 1/2 pot behind and won't anything he bet/3bet the turn with for value.

I think calling the turn is better than this.
