HU open way more then 40%, at least 60% to start.
Open up a little more in every position, at least 16/17 in EP/MP
Defend your BB a lot more. Try cold calling(v 3x) and donking flops a lot v TAggish players etc. 3b more v 4x openers(these exist @ 25nl right?).

2barrel more(?). This depends, you are cbetting a tonne but never following it up. Might be good at 25NL Iunno. After looking again I see flop cbet success at 46% so 2barreling more probably a bad idea. Take a look at ur 2barrel success and go from there.
Stop running bad at showdowns. 3b ur BB a lot more. Dunno why you are 3bing SB 13 but BB only 8.
Room for coldcalling more IP too but this would be my last priority.
Don't add all these things in at once. I would focus nearly 100% of my energy on bb defense. The more experienced you are here the more monies you'll print. This is where everyone gets murdered.

Donking flops is something I haven't used from the BB but makes sense, as myself in the stealers position would fold a lot to a donk, depending on flop texture of course.

Yer I don't two barrel two often due to stationy nature of the players at 25. I will definetly look at incorporating this into my game especially when looking at moving up as its fkn exploitable.

The last 12kish hands I've been focusing on blind defence, which has been getting me into a lot more 3b spots OOP so i'm learning a lot.
