Just my 2 cents since it looks like I have a good chance of getting the axe.

I've been a wolf in all but two games I've played in and we ALWAYS turn up the heat on inactives using the argument that they are lying low letting the innocent villagers knock each other out. I've never seen a game where the wolves actually went MIA but have seen it used as a strategy to keep their numbers up for a while nearly every time.

Fuck the inactives, go after people you'll open up a pipeline of information with.

Both seem to be written coming from a place that they know they're wrong. If I'm a wolf which Jyms is so sure of then why would he think he's going to get heat tomorrow? If I'm a wolf that should be good news for him. He KNOWS I'm a villager and he's going to catch some heat tomorrow and is already takng preemptive actions.

With Gabe, he's already planting the seed to line Lolz up as the next lynch deflecting one on Jyms, knowing people hold his opinion in high regard.

Since they're both so sure I'm a wolf, I feel they would have worded those posts differently from a more confident standpoint if they had honest intentions.

I am changing the rules just a wee bit

There will be no more Nights. Each Day will last 72 hours and the wolf team will have the first 24 hours of the Day to decide who to nom. This means that the game will not have any breaks in play.

It is now Day 3. You can post and bold and wolf hunt just like normal, but no player can be lynched due to majority vote until after the wolves make their nom. The wolves have 24 hours to choose the nom

Day 3 will end on Monday at 3PM PST

If you guys don't like that I'm making this change, let me know. But tough luck, I'm doing it, and I think everybody will enjoy it more.

I mean these posts from DTB make a lot of sense, especially now he's a confirmed villager.

But jyms having 70 posts by day 3 is insane and he's getting so much heat for it, it's very tough for a wolf to post that much.

In all the games I've ever played, I've seen quite a few villagers do this and never a wolf. Wolves don't feel pressed to squeeze every drop of info they can find. Jyms does.

Ong is a villager, doing the usual zealous wolf hunting.

No way jyms and dranger are both wolves.

Unlikely rilla and rong are both wolves, maybe the same for Gizmo and Pascal.

FWIW, I bailed on DTB and tried to not lynch a confirmed villager to see if lolz was. I still like lynching inactives, including a few that have just started posting more content in the last few hours. I'm also done posting for a bit to let someone else give a fresh take. Besides, we still need to see what the wolves do to throw us off.

JKDS is right ofcourse, all we do is give the wolves more info and more control of the game, which is counterproductive.

I am not going post until we get the wolves nom, and I think all good hearted villagers should do the same

Also Wuf, can you clarify what will happen if there is a lynch majority within the first 24 hours? I understand that the lynch will not happen until the wolves nom, but what will happen right after the wolves nom? Does it mean that the day will last 72 hours no matter what and people can lynch and resync as much as they want until the deadline, and only then a vote count will take place?

I won't trigger an immediate lynch after the nom. If somebody is at threshold before the nom, they will have at least another 24 hours before they die. If they're not at or near threshold before nom, they could reach threshold later then die

Basically just playing it by ear. It might be confusing at first, but the point of cutting out the nights is trying to keep the gameplay from going dark. I'm trying to change as little about the dynamics of how people die etc as I can while simply allowing the players to say whatever they want during the "night"

Wolves dont have to reread the thread to look for clues and info as much as villagers do, for me the game nighttime is a chance to reread the day in more detail and look for clues, now the village do not have this time as we need to continue posting

I'm still liking lynching inactives before jyms though. Pretty sure my list still stands of who I'd like to see go next. I see the lolz train has picked up steam, I'll read over the thread some time tomorrow night and see if I still like my choices for the next two lynches (Pascal and TLR).

Everything in this game feels so long, 24 hours for four guys to decide on who to eat? 72 hours for a villge to decide on a lynching? The overlap of one day waiting for the wolves is better since it just reduces our day to 48 hours give or take, but the wolves are going to milk out a full 24 now in hopes we give them info.
