Biggest Leaks?

What would everyone say is their biggest leak or leaks?

I'd say my main are probably auto-piloting too much, especially postflop leading to stupid decisions.

In SNG's:
Not playing aggressively enough 3-handed,
Playing too many tables to play well 2-handed.
In MTT's:
Playing scared / not aggressively enough at the bubble.

I still drink too much during MTT's. Like drunk to the point where I can't see what my cards are (4 color deck is always on btw).

STT's: I don't defend against steals as much as I should.

I'd say my biggest leak right now is playing mediocre hands OOP. I'll call limped pots with the hopes of hitting big on the flop and winning a big pot. I need to not forget position.

I definitely start become too tight towards the middle stages of MTTs. It is fine in the early stage, when the blinds are such a small % of people total chips, but i've gotta learn to be more aggressive as the tourney goes on

I'd have to say probably not c-betting enough of the time, especially when "things aren't going in my way...."

Playing DoNs too much. My biggest DoN mistake is pushing pre with 12xBB near the end game. I think I need to make more 3x/folds until I get to the 8x raise. Then with 8x push all in pre.

You should never be 3xing shallow, you can min raise

Hell, playing DoNs at all is a sure-fire way to ruin your ability to play well in shorthanded, top-heavy payout situations.

- watching tv

Ego , sometimes opening too wide/ to much agression, fck with ICM (lol),doing other things, let my wife click, putting not enough volume in, motivation, not posting enough hands & don't discuss enough(analyze my game more often), still don't use pokerstove, need to watch more strategy video's & read more strategy articles, sometimes mindset, autopilot, smoke weed, focus, sometimes can't fold big hands while know I am beat, distraction from wife and daughters, lifestyle.

Not the patience for MTTs >2 hours & starting to donk, distractions from TV and browsing, apart from not enough learning material.
