FTR in Ladbrokes on 14 and 28 march

I saw in Ladbrokes poker that this month will have FTR tournaments on 14 and 28 march. Is there additional requerments for example to make some rake ot to write some post or just to be registrated through FTR to enter the tourney

Now i saw that you say it requers 5 rake. How can i register for the tourney
