Would you recomend this satellite? Hyperturbo shootout

I found in Pokerstar for various events this format.

36 seater hyperturbo 3 minute blinds, 500 chips satellites to some big events.

There is one regularly buy-in $8.13 - you win close to double your buy-in if you win the first table (6 seaters). Winner of Final table gets ticket to the weekly million ($215 ticket)

With the upcoming Red Spade - they have same format - for a buy-in of $1.90.

I did win ONCE a $215 ticket - was first try.
Made several unsuccessful attempts since.

Should I give-up trying and return to the more "conservative" ways?
