Seems OK to me. Turn can be a fold sometimes, but some Villains are going to fire super-wide to pick up an uncontested pot when you've checked to them twice, and AT is likely ahead of many Villain's ranges. However, this is another spot where you have plenty of hands on Villain and you should definitely have some idea of his post-flop tendencies.
You can turn your hand into a bluff OTR sometimes, too, but it depends on what % of Villain's range you think you can get him to fold.
