100NL: 3bet pot: Semi-bluff OESD TURN?

I think I would check. in a 3bet pot I would either Bet-Bet-Check , Bet-Check/Fold-Bet Scare Cards(FD,4straight) or Bet-Check/Call-Shove.
that last one looks so silly but it dependent on board pairing on turn. Villians river calling range is so tight, like KK or TT on this board I would expect him to fold everything else.
