Looks fine to me - even against a maniac I can't see how we call the river unimproved, but the river just ensured we beat all his better one pair aces, and it also gives him another reason to bluff on the river, so I think calling is good.

Interested to hear what others think about raise-folding the river. The danger with a maniac is we get shoved on and end up folding the best hand.

I don't like raising the river on a 4straight/3flush board. That is turning our hand into a bluff and we don't want to bluff the maniac. We want to value-call the maniac.

I wouldn't raise this river. If you do, you're hoping villain spazz-shoves garbage or calls with a single pair of aces. I just don't see either happening often enough to be worth it.
