I think calling flop is simply compounding the mistake we made pre. I don't expect to see anything worse than our hand here. This is why I want villain notes. If I know he can make it this size with top pair or a flush draw, then ok I can stand my ground here. But I don't think we're in good shape here very often at all, and so we're making another mistake post flop in calling this raise imo, and people are saying we should be happy about this because we played the hand. That is dangerous thinking. It doesn't matter that we chose to play the hand, that doesn't alter villain's range in our favour. We're playing the flop with bottom two pair, forget the fact it's a junk hand. Bottom two pair is not a monster, it is a decent showdown hand at best.
