Hey again FTR!

It's been a while since I've frequented these forums so I just thought I'd say hello again before posting hand histories.
I used to play poker online and bonus whore as a job whilst at uni back in the poker golden years, and did OK for myself. Whilst I never saw myself as a good tournament player, I did cash around $65,000 in total tournaments at pokerstars, and had some OK results at Hollywood.

My games of choice were 6max ring and Stud or Razz. These were definitely more profitable than my tournament plays.

Unfortunately, once I finished university I had to cash my bankroll for life reasons and start working, and with a very busy schedule just never found the time to play consistently.

I've recently been able to cut down my work hours from ~65 hours a week to a more life friendly ~40 hours a week and have gotten back into the game I love.

Things seem to have changed significantly in the last 7 years since I've been away. The ring games seem to have gotten a lot tighter, and there is much less preflop action and random all-ins. To be honest, I probably haven't adjusted yet and am still stuck in the mindset that made me money in the looser games that used to exist.
This site made me the winning player I was in the past, and now that I've had about 50-60k hands back in the low stakes ring scene (mostly zoom as I found that format interesting and thought it would be more fishy) I'm back to ask for all your expert advice on adjusting to this new landscape.

I started at 25NL and within 15k hands had made a steady profit. With a bit of variance and some (previously) unrecognized tilt after some pretty horrible suck outs, that profit slowly whittled away and I'm now starting to eat into my set bankroll for this limit significantly, so I'm hoping to analyse my hands with your help

I'd also like to get better at tournaments. Since the majority of my playing time will be on days off, it would be nice to be able to play in some decent sized weekly events and cash.
