I hate the turn shove.
You're less likely to get called by weaker hands with no real chance of folding out anything stronger, might as well take two streets to bring along as much of villain's range as possible. Even the flush draws are mostly blocked (A7 would be plausible but K7?)
I don't think he's got enough sets to justify X/F. B/F might be viable on the grounds that a raise here has it 95%+ at this level ...dunno if the number is actually that high though; I suspect there are too many players raising with AJ/AQ ...though 59%FCB makes this guy an unlikely prospect.
I think if you aim to get the rest of the money in you won't be going far wrong and at this point that means playing slow with either a smaller bet (50c? 30c? -I see bets like that and they're almost always weak: 2nd pair or worse) or even a Check/Call.
