In cash ring games with 10 players I've either been raising them for show or playing set. It's just too easy to beat without a set, particulary if you have multiple callers.

Although I picked up a pretty good pot with it today. A raise got me heads up and the flop came Jack high. Took a stab at it, call. Took another stab, call. Oh #$%& he probably really has it. Ten comes up on the river. All-in, he shows his pair of Jacks and I claim the rest of his stack.
I normally limp in with this hand, but on occassion I will raise it to $2 or $3 and hope to take down the pot or go heads up. I was actually dealt 10,10 on back 2 back hands earlier today. The 1st time I limped in and AJ3 hit on the flop, I folded to a $3 bet.

The very next hand I get 10,10 again and raise it this time to $2. I have 1 caller and the flop comes 10,6,5 or something similar. The guy chases down to the river and folds and I take a $40+ pot.
