Default almost hit my straight flush

I put some cash into Poker Stars for the FTP Tournament.

I played in a SnG with my cash. I took an early lead with some good start cards.

I got really lucky with this flop, but he got really lucky with the river.

On the good side, I tripled up with pocket Qs and I ended up placing 3rd, in the money WOOO HOOO!
I don't know what they have to say
    It makes no difference anyway.
    Whatever it is...
    I'm against it.

Sorry but "almost" doesn't cut the mustard.
