Winning streak has been broken

Here's a little story for ya'll.

I played Texas Hold'em on and off for about a year. I never really took it seriously. I was only playing limit games like 2/4, 3/6, and 4/8 at my local casino. Then I decided to get some chips and start playing home games because the WSOP popularized the game. So at home, my friend's and I played limit poker because we are familiar with the rules since we would play at the casino. Still we were still beginners. I always had thought of the game as just luck because you have to have your cards to play in limit games. It's not as easy to bluff even though you could. Then we decided to switch gears and play NL. Ever since then, there is no turning back.

We would mostly play tournament style. I've been winning and loosing until I realized that there is a lot of skill involved. So I went online and searched for strategies. Then for the past five months since June, I've been profitting from every game I go to. I might loose some tournaments, but by the end of the night, I'm profitting for the day. I stumbled across this site on Sept. 22. There was a lot of strategies and tips. I was amazed. Afterwards, I had an increase of average profits for a week.

I would always win and one of my friend's would be so scared to play me that he was getting to the point of quiting the game. Since I would want more heads at the games, I had no choice but to show him some tricks. I even refered him to this site and low and behold, he starts beating me. Not only that, he's keeps on winning. However, that only has been happening the past 2 weeks.

Any ways, my five month winning streak has been broken recently by another pupil of this site.

im just kidding, i rather have a higher llevel of competition in my home games because it makes the game more enjoyable thats why i told all my friends about this site but they are to lazy to join, anyway, share this site with alot of people itll bring a new level of competition that will make the game more entertaining.
