Pfft, like Harrington knows how to play tournament poker. He's a cash-games specialist in a tourny players young, supple body.

But back in reality, It looks a good read. He probably knows the ins and outs of live, long blind tourny and how to play a player but I'm afraid a lot of his advice will fall back on his TTABTA image.

I think we should give him a little more credit than assuming he relies exclusively on having an ultra tight table image...

He's seen enough poker to have useful advice on multiple styles

If the excerpt on the website is any evidence, it ought to give tourney players a lot to think about. The excerpt describes a jost of things one should consider, which is much more helpful than a list of starting hands or other quick fix tips that aren't always applicable.

Ever seen them in concert? I had the chance once at WPI, one of the best live acts I've ever seen.

two plus two is weak on tournament reading. This should be a good addition to their publishing repertoire. I've been looking forward to Harrington on Hold'em for some time. Many players do not share his playing style but he is sure to have good insight into MTT's. In might not fit a lot of people's game, but will without a doubt be good food for thought. You can't do the things he's done in the main event without having a good strategy about approaching MTT's and the dicipline to carry out that strategy.
